Fair and simple
Rewards are only for people you personally invite. Nobody earns from invites made by others further down. Nobody pays to join. Rewards are gifts from the Admin’s limited budget and may change or end.
When someone you personally invited names you on the join form, is approved, and has received their own welcome gift, you receive a small invite reward. You don’t need to claim it; the Admin matches invites from the join form.

- Further approved invites in the same month are welcome. They don’t earn the per-invite reward that month, but they do count toward your ladder.
Invite ladder
One-time bonuses and a title when your own approved invites reach each step (lifetime total) Admin-set
At most $80 in ladder bonuses per person, ever.
Fair play
- Direct invites only. You never earn anything from people invited by the people you invited.
- No self-invites. Inviting yourself, or a second account of your own, earns nothing.
- No duplicates. The Admin checks that names, emails and wallets are all different from yours and from existing members’.
- The Admin may refuse any invite that looks suspicious, and will say so.
How it’s paid
- Same rule as the welcome gift: 20% sent on day one, 80% held for you in the public DBTC Gifts wallet (opens in a new tab) for 6 months, then sent.
- If you sell or move your day-one part early, the held part is burned instead.
- Paid from the Admin’s gift budget. Limited, and may change or end.
- Each payment is listed in the public gift log as “Invite reward” or “Ladder bonus”.

How it works
- When you’re approved, the Admin gives you a personal invite code: your first name plus an initial, for example

- Share it with family and friends by WhatsApp, Telegram or text. When they open it, “Who invited you?” is filled in for them automatically.
- No link handy? They can simply type your name in “Who invited you?”.

Her cousin opens it, the form shows “Invited by: GraceT”, and the Admin knows who to thank once the cousin is approved.

Shared goals for everyone
When the whole community reaches each size, the Admin puts a fixed amount into the public community fund. These belong to everyone, not to any inviter.

Each year the Admin recognises one member who did the most to welcome family into the community, with the title Inviter of the year and a feature on this site. Recognition only; no extra money.

Members invited directly by the Admin among the first 50 welcome gifts receive the Founding family badge, shown on the honor list. It’s a thank-you for being here at the start.
Badges and titles are recognition only. They carry no voting weight beyond one member, one vote.

Amounts are in US dollars’ worth of DBTC at the time the reward is sent, and every reward is released like the welcome gift: 20% sent on day one, 80% held for you in the public DBTC Gifts wallet (opens in a new tab) for 6 months. Every amount marked Admin-set is set by the Admin and may change.
Come to community events
Attending Mbaduku Day or other community gatherings the Admin announces in the Telegram or Discord group.

Share stories, photos and oral history
Record an elder’s story, share old family photos, or write down history, songs and proverbs, so they are kept for the next generation.

Volunteer
Help organise events, support newcomers with wallets, translate, take photos, or lend a hand on community projects.

Rewards are a thank-you for taking part, paid in a community token. They are not wages, interest or an investment, and nothing here says what DBTC will be worth.
